Beyond the Horizon
Fascinating people, inspiring stories and an incredible atmosphere at the Yacht Club Lucerne that invited everyone to connect: that's exactly what made Traveo's event "Beyond the Horizon" last week so special.
The experiences shared by Beat Brändle and the SWISS kite-rowers team showed powerfully what lies behind extraordinary achievements. It takes more than courage and perseverance. It also takes thorough preparation, careful planning, prevention and an emergency plan. The highlights of the evening were the engaging conversations, the new connections and the special atmosphere on Lake Lucerne, including rides in the original boat, which sets off in December from the Canary Islands, via Cape Verde, across to the Caribbean and on to Grenada.
