We know that significant and urgent action is needed to address aviation’s climate impacts and we understand our critical role in addressing climate change.

British Airways is part of International Airlines Group (IAG), the first global airline group to make a 2050 Net Zero commitment. Our 2050 Net Zero target is aligned with the Transition Pathway Initiative (TPI) methodology and encompasses Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, covering our entire value chain – with interim Scope 1 targets for 2025 and 2030 to track progress.
