The role of Travel Managers around the world, and their related responsibilities, has risen in visibility at the executive level largely due to the need for stronger risk management initiatives as well as cost containment and recovery efforts. As of March 2020 new expectations and responsibilities have been added to the Travel Manager role, becoming an entirely new face of the company. What more can we expect the role to become? What changes can we expect to happen in the next 3 years?
